Coverage ran from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, all taking place at the starred Promise Garden venue. The day was designed to stay within their means while still prioritizing what mattered most to them. Photography was covered all day, with partial video coverage focused on the most important moments, including the first look, full ceremony, and reception toasts.

 

 

First Look & Pre-Ceremony Moments

The timeline began with a planned first look at 3:00 PM, followed immediately by couple portraits, group photos, and family shots before guests arrived. This allowed Amber and Taylor to fully enjoy their ceremony and reception without feeling rushed or pulled away from their guests.

 

Outdoor Ceremony at Promise Garden

Guests began arriving at 4:00 PM, with the ceremony starting promptly at 4:30 PM. Josh officiated the ceremony, guiding everyone through an emotional and heartfelt exchange of vows. One of the most memorable moments came right after the first kiss, which was captured both in photo and video, followed by a joyful petal toss as cheers filled the garden.

 

Reception, Toasts & Celebration

The reception brought a fun, energetic shift to the evening. Bryan kept the celebration moving as DJ, while heartfelt toasts were captured on video. During the reception, we focused on table dash photos with every guest table, a large group photo behind the sweetheart table, and candid moments on the dance floor. Video coverage highlighted details, movement, and natural interactions rather than staged shots.
