Some weddings just hit different and April and Blaine’s wedding day was one of those. Set during a lively Seafair weekend in Washington, this wedding was full of warmth, culture, family love, and candid moments that made the entire day feel intimate and real. From getting ready in Mukilteo to an emotional outdoor ceremony and a joyful indoor reception, this wedding was a perfect blend of simplicity and meaning.
April began her wedding day at the Silver Cloud Inn in Mukilteo, sharing quiet, intentional moments with just her mom before the day unfolded. No bridesmaids, no chaos, just calm energy, laughter, and meaningful preparation
The ceremony took place outdoors at the Rosehill Community Center, starting at 4:30 PM and lasting about 20 heartfelt minutes. Surrounded by loved ones and blessed with clear skies (thankfully no smoke this time), April and Blaine exchanged vows in a setting that felt personal and grounded.
Following the ceremony, guests moved indoors at Rosehill Community Center for the reception. With DJ Ian Bariela keeping the energy high, the night quickly turned into a celebration full of joy, dancing, and nonstop candid moments.
A special shoutout to Brittany Burlap of Sei & Anders Events for seamless coordination, everything flowed smoothly despite the busy Seafair weekend timing.
